Why does my Syncback profile report a 'failure'?

Why does my Syncback profile report a 'failure'?

Syncback reports a 'failure' when there is something in the LOG file for you to review.  You need to review the log file and make sure the files that didn't get backed up are not important to you.

This is a very common question and there is currently no way to make syncback smarter about reporting a failure.

You can review the log file by right clicking on the failed backup profile and choose view log.  The log file will come up, and you can click on 'ERRORS' at the top, to see what files didn't get copied.
