Before graduating from Lincoln University, PA, the first HBCU, Krystal was awarded the opportunity to participate in undergraduate summer research internships sponsored by the National Institute of Drug Abuse, at the University of Utah, Yale University, and Washington University, St. Louis. In 2006, Krystal graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Psychology. From 2006-2007, Krystal worked with Dr. Mark Weist at the Center for School Mental Health at the University of Maryland, Baltimore campus. Currently, Krystal is in her second year of graduate school and keeping busy with classes, research, and clients; however she still enjoys seeing new places and traveling, outdoor activities, working with children, and sports.
