Elsheba is a second year I/O graduate student. In addition to studying cognitive and emotional resource theories in diverse settings, she is also interested in researching how these resource theories interact in a leadership setting. Elsheba also attends the Social Cognition and Industrial Psychology (SCIP) lab meetings, and is a Graduate Assistant of Leadership Initiatives at the Provost Office.
