Shujing Huang

Jessie's main research interest is in leadership emergence and teamwork. Specifically, she looks at how shared leadership can influence interdisciplinary teamwork. Her secondary research interests are in research methods and employee well-being.

Jessie grew up in China and moved to Minnesota with her family when she was in high school. After completing her undergraduate work at Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, she worked at an I/O consulting firm in the D.C. area doing applied research prior to coming to Blacksburg.
